Christine Snell Boyette, 88, of Houston, TX, went to be with her Lord on August 10, 2016 at Grace Care Center of Cypress after an extended illness. She was born on September 26, 1927 in Camilla, Ga and was the daughter of the late William and Carrie Bell (Smith) Snell.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Shackelford of Athens, GA. a sister, Sarah Palmer, a brother, Waymon Snell and her former son-in-law, Rev. Arthur Craig and his wife Linda of Tomball, TX. There are two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Craig, a grandson, SSG Brian Craig, a sister, Elizabeth, three brothers, Emmett, Marion, John Wesley and two infant sons.
Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC conducted by Rev. Arthur Craig and Rev. Craig Stevens. An online guest register is available on this website.
