Cheryl Lynn Smallwood, 53, passed away Friday, February 21st, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Cheryl was born in LaGrange, Ga. on January 11, 1961, and was the daughter of Ray Lewis Smallwood Sr. of Danielsville, Ga. and the late Nedra Juanita (Shelnutt) Smallwood.
She was formerly employed at INA Bearings and was of the Church of God faith.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Nicole Moore of Landrum, SC, a brother, Ray Smallwood, Jr. of Danielsville, Ga., a sister Pam Adams of Lincolnton, NC, two grandchildren, Ashley and Taylor Moore and a great grandchild Arabelle Robertson. She was predeceased by a sister, Debra Smallwood.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, SC. with Dr. David Duncan officiating.The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park in Spartanburg, SC . An online guest register is available at: www.seawright-funeralhome.com.
