June 6, 1946 — March 27, 2021

Inman, SC
Charles Herman "Charlie" Isaacs

Charles H. "Charlie" Isaacs, 74, of Inman, SC, (formerly of Morehead, KY and Chapmanville, WV) began his heavenly journey and entered into God's arms on March 27, 2021, after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
The dearly loved husband of Darlene Spencer Isaacs, he was born June 6, 1946 in Holden, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Harold and Nora Newsome Isaacs and one son, Charles H. "Chucky" Isaacs, II.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one son, Mark Scott Isaacs of Chapmanville, WV, two sisters, Beverly Trainor of Arizona and Christina Isaacs, four grandchildren and one great, grandchild.
He was a retired underground electrician. He enjoyed the outdoors - camping, fishing, kayaking, genealogy, and he loved to make people laugh.
His biggest passion was serving God. He loved reading the Bible and sharing it with everyone. He loved to share the gospel by giving away Bibles. He thoroughly enjoyed his "phone Bible study" with his cousins, Billie Jean and Paul David Ball.

The family extends a special thank you to our friends and neighbors, Karen and Keith Dellinger and Tracy and Doug Dobbins for all their help and prayers.

Thank you to the Spartanburg Regional Hospice team, especially to his nurse, Anita Robinson who was very caring and patient and understanding. He always enjoyed making her laugh.

As per his wishes, there will be no services.

Proverbs 3, 5 - 8
5. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. 8. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
