Mr. Charles Loyd Fisher, 83, of 321 Woodland Ave, Inman passed away Wednesday, November 26th, 2008 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC.
Mr. Fisher was born in Gramling, SC on May 20, 1925, the son of the late Dave and Bessie (Harvey) Fisher and was the husband of Betty (Vaughn) Fisher.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 1 daughter: Wanda Wehunt and husband Greg of Greer, 1 son: Roger Fisher and wife Joni of Inman, 3 grandchildren: Joey McAbee, Jessica Wehunt, Zachary Wehunt and wife Bridgette, and 1 great grandson: Atticus Wehunt.
He retired from the US Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service and was a member of Campobello Methodist Church.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Friday 1:30-3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 28th, with Rev. Ron Towery officiating.
Mausoleum Encryptment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
