 Charles Richard Dimsdale, 71, of 2 Parkhurst Ave, Greenville, SC, passed away Friday, October 21, 2022 at his residence.

Charles was born in Greenville, SC on December 22, 1950, a son of the late Frances (Dillard) Poole and Dewey Dimsdale.

He was the husband of Janice Faye (Whitfield) Dimsdale, was owner and operator of Richard's Appliance Repair and was of the Baptist faith. 

In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by a daughter, Brooke Long, of Greenville, SC; a son, Richard Dimsdale and wife Leann, of Inman; two sisters, Patricia Hudson, of Liberty, SC; Sandra Morrow, of Greer, SC; a brother, Butch Dimsdale, of Simpsonville, SC, 4 grandchildren, Jacob Willoughby, Breanna Long, Madeline Dimsdale and Noah Dimsdale.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 25th at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC with Rev Sean Fortner officiating. The family will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
