Cecil Haynes, 91, of Inman, SC, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at Upstate Community Hospice House, Landrum.
Cecil was born on October 18, 1929, a son of the late Pearlie Mae (McCraw) and Willie H. Haynes. He was the husband of June Haynes for 73 years. He is survived by his children; Gale Yon (Tommy), Mike Haynes, Tim Haynes (Susan), and Craig Haynes; and was the youngest of thirteen siblings. Cecil was retired as Co-Owner of Budget House Furniture, he was a member of Motlow Creek Baptist Church, a member of American Legion Post #45 in Inman, a member Palmetto Cutlery Knife Club, and a life member of Case Knife Cutlery Club.
A memorial service to honor Cecil and his wife June will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
