Clarence Carson "C.C." Woodfin., Sr.

Just a little past noon, on Friday, April 23rd, Mr. Clarence Carson "C.C." Woodfin, Sr., 82, of 260 Foster Rd. took his final breath and went home to be with the Lord.
Mr. Woodfin was the son of the late Carson Davis Woodfin and Rebecca Woodfin. He was the faithful husband of the late Carolyn Campbell Woodfin.
He is survived by his children, Andrea (Andy) Woodfin Moore of Inman, Carson "Chester"(Leighton) Woodfin, Jr. of Cowpens, Scott (Karen) Fowler of Lyman, and Jeff Fowler of Greer. Also surviving are his five grandchildren, Josh Fowler, Davis and Sarah Woodfin, Levi and Lily Moore, as well as his brothers Henry Woodfin and Jeff (Peggy) Woodfin.
Mr. Woodfin, was a faithful member of Inman First Free Will Baptist Church, where he faithfully served and supported the ministry.
He was a Veteran of the United States Navy Seabees, retired from Spartanburg County Road Department, and was a lifelong farmer and trader.
The family is at the home and will receive friends on Wednesday, April 28th from 6-9 PM at Inman First Free Will Baptist Church, 90 Blackstock Road, Inman, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the church on Thursday, at 2 pm with Rev. Sean Fortner officiating.
