Carroll Eugene Self

Inman, SC---Carroll Eugene Self, 56, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Tryon, NC on December 5, 1960, he was the son of the late Mr. Henry Tollison "H.T." and Betty Cleo (McCarter) Self. Carroll was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by a special niece,Tolli Self McWhite of Greenville, SC; aunt, Shirley Griffin and her husband, Jerry of Inman, SC along with many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceasded by his sister, Sandra Self.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Holston Creek Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM at Holston Creek Baptist Church with Dr. Reggie Parker and Rev. Allen McWhite officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Holston Creek Baptist Church, 311 Holston Creek Church Rd. Inman, SC 29349. The family will be at their respective homes.
