Carl William Ellman

Spartanburg, SC--- Carl William Ellman, 87, of 1705 Skylyn Drive, Spartanburg, SC, but formerly of 525 Fowler Road, Campobello, SC passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Carl was born in New York State, New York on July 26, 1929, a son of the late Olivian (Carlson) and John Ellman and was the husband of the late Roberta Diane Ellman having celebrated 56 years of marriage before her passing in 2013. Mr. Ellman was a Valedictorian at the University of Connecticut where he received his Masters Degree in Chemistry. He is survived by two sons, Carl Ellman Jr. of Campobello, SC and Clayton Ellman of New Milford, Connecticut; one daughter, Tonya Ellman of Inman, SC and two grandchildren, Corey Ellman and Casey Ellman. The family will receive friends at the home, 525 Fowler Road, Campobello, SC on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
