Carey Von Gowan, 55, of 574 Sunny Acres Rd, Pacolet, SC, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Carey was born in Spartanburg, SC on December 6, 1965, a son of the late Edith Ann (Powers) Gowan and Roland Gowan. He was a member of the Southern Legends Motorcycle Club and was of the Baptist faith
Carey is survived by a sister, Rhonda Alexander, of Spartanburg.
Carey fathered no children, but had five children he considered his own, William Coxey, Eddie Coxey, Michael Coxey, Louann Lawter and Landon.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 26th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC
