Calvin Edgar Rhinehart, 78, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 at his home.
Calvin was born in Canton, N.C. on March 3, 1943, a son of the late Ada Cordelia (Parham) Rhinehart and Hardy E Rhinehart. He was the husband of Ellen (Clontz) Rhinehart.
He worked as an engineer at Flour-Daniel Company and was a member of North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church in Boiling Springs.
in addition to his wife, Calvin is survived by a sister, Janie Davis and a brother, Troy Rhinehart, both of Canton, NC. He was predeceased by a son, Phillip Calvin Rhinehart, a brother, Roy Rhinehart and his two furbabies, Sugar and Lilly.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 24th at North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 24th at North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church in Boiling Springs, SC with Rev Sammy Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Westwood Memorial Gardens in Moore, SC
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church, 145 Belcher Road, Boiling Springs,SC.
