Burlie Lockhart

Inman, SC--- Burlie Lockhart, 77, of Inman, SC, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. Born in Greenville, SC on February 18, 1936, he was the son of the late Levi and Lorraine (McDade) Lockhart and was the beloved husband of Hannah (Storey) Lockhart. Mr. Lockhart was a retired brick mason and proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. In addition to his wife Hannah, he is survived by two daughters, Janice Lockhart and June Collins and a very special niece, Barbara Chandler. A private family service will be held at a later date.
