Brian Christopher Rogers, 40, of 130 Downey Road, Inman, met his Savior and others who loved him, Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Brian was born in Spartanburg on August 23, 1978 , the son of Cheryl Downey Rogers, of Inman and the late Philip Rogers.
He was a member of Westgate Baptist Church in Spartanburg where he was a member of the Point Guard Adult Sunday School Class.
In addition to his mother, Brian was survived by his maternal grandmother, Catherine Downey of Inman, a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from all over, especially those in law enforcement, fire service, military, and of course anyone having anything to do with monster trucks or bluegrass music.
In addition to his father, Brian was also predeceased by his paternal grandparents, James "Jim" and Betty O'Brien Rogers, and his maternal grandfather, Henry Downey.

The family is at the home and will receive friends Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 3:00 until 5:00 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 Monday, September 24, 2018 at Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. James Wooten, Rev. Bill Bethea, and Rev. Ed Deese. Burial will follow in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.
Brian loved good gospel music and he loved his church family, in response to that, the family asks that memorials be made to Westgate Baptist Church, Choir Fund, 1990 Old Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
