Brenda Lynn Jenkins, 72, of 140 Sibley Alley, Una, SC, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her home.

Brenda was born in Barnesville, Ohio on December 14, 1948, a daughter of the late Virginia Marie (Greene) Powell and Lewis Ballentine Powell. She was the widow of Harold T "Cotton" Jenkins. Brenda was formerly employed at Beverage Air and the SC Department of Transportation. She was a member of Una First Baptist Church.

Brenda is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Blanton and husband Byron, of Una, SC; a son, Harold Jenkins, Jr and fiance' Suzanne, of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Diana Pollinski, of Barnesville, Ohio; Ginger Kemp, of Belmont, Ohio; a brother, Byron Powell, of Belmont, Ohio, 7 grandchildren and 7 great, grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, SC . The family will greet friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Una First Baptist Church, 350 New Cut Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
