Brenda Faye Benfield

Inman, SC---Mrs. Brenda "Faye" Benfield, 65, of 533 Edwards Road passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013. Born in Spartanburg on October 21, 1947, she was daughter of the late Alene (Metcalf) and William Howard was the loving wife of Dean Benfield. She was a homemaker and attended Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Inman. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Jeff Benfield and wife Yvonne, Donna Benfield Shehan and husband Larry and Keith Benfield and wife Toni; four siblings, Billy Howard, Barbara Pruitt, Monty Howard and Dean Howard all of Inman, SC along with six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother, Kenneth Howard. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in Seawright Funeral Chapel at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 17th, with Rev. Joey Mills, Rev. Beryl Wyatt and Dr. John Guffey officiating.
