Billy Elbert Neal, Jr., 51, of 600 Campground Rd. passed away recently at his residence.
Mr. Neal was born in Spartanburg, SC on October 30, 1960, a son of Shirley (Morris) West, of Surfside Beach, SC and the late Billy Elbert Neal, Sr. His stepfather is Chris West.
Mr. Neal was a retired commercial and residential painter. .
In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by three sisters, Pam Howell, of Myrtle Beach, SC; Robin Michelle Roberson, of Boiling Springs, SC; Darlene West, of Wellford, SC and a brother, Tommy Carey, of Gaffney, SC.
He was predeceased by a brother, Curtis Warren Neal.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Seawright Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Melvin Morris. The family will receive friends thirty-minutes before the service at the funeral home. The family is at the home of Michele Roberson, 638 Thornbird Circle, Boiling Springs.
