Inman, SC---Mrs. Betty Lou Price Higgins, 60, of 194 Jersey Road passed away Sunday, July 18th, 2010.
Born in Marion, North Carolina on January 31, 1950, the daughter of the late Calvin Price and Arvenia (Searcy) Price who survives her of Campobello and was the wife of Leonard R. Higgins having celebrated more than 30 years of marriage. Mrs. Higgins worked as a custodian at the Swofford Career Center.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by one son, Scott Higgins of Inman; two brothers, Grover Price (Ann) of Campobello , Thomas Price (Ann) of Spartanburg; one sister, Linda White (Mike) of New Prospect; Mother-In-Law and Father-In-Law, Roscoe and Enzia Higgins; Brother-In-Law, Michael Higgins and Sister-In-Law, Janice Fordree (John) all of Inman. She was predeceased by a son Freddie Price.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 20th from 6-8PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 21,2010 conducted by Dr. David Duncan. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman.

The family will be at the home of Roscoe and Enzia Higgins, 180 Jersey Road, Inman.
In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions may be made to the Swofford Christmas Childrens Fund,5620 Hwy 11, Inman, SC 29349.
