Spartanburg, SC---Betty Lou Fasig, 85, of Pauline, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Woodbury, New Jersey on April 19, 1936, a daughter of the late Alberta (Hughes) Renner and Harold Albert Renner and was the wife of the late Paul L. Fasig, Jr.
Mrs. Fasig was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Betty was an RN having worked at various hospitals and doctors offices. She also took great pride in being one of the 1st Dialysis Nurse in the Upstate.
She is survived by five daughters, Susan Fasig, Barbara Fasig Mason (Deval), Janet Fasig Moore (Todd), Linda Fasig Smith and Paula Fasig Towe; two sisters, Ruth Anne Steeves and Ginnie Getsinger and fifteen grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 626 Norwood Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Total Ministries, 976 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302.
