Campobello, SC---Mrs. Ella Bernice Loftis Davis, 92, of 2992 Compton Bridge Rd. passed away on Monday, April 18th, 2011 at her home.
Born in Spartanburg County on November 15, 1918, she was the daughter of the late William and Eliza (Morris) Loftis and the wife of the late Mr. Buford Thomas Davis.
She was a homemaker and a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church in Inman.
Mrs. Davis is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Davis and Janice Sensing both of Campobello; one sister, Iris Loftis of Inman and one granddaughter, Angela Stepp Hembree and her husband Wayne of Campobello.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 12:30 until 1 :30 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at Lake Bowen Baptist Church Cemetery in Inman at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 20th, with Rev. David Lancaster and Rev. Hollis C. Burnett, Jr. officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Rd., Suite 101, Greenville, SC 29615.
