Barbara Bradley Starnes

Barbara Bradley Starnes, 82, of Inman, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on June 5, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Marjorie (Parris) Bradley and Adolphus Bradley was the wife of the late Joe E. Starnes, Sr. having celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Mrs. Starnes was a member of Green Point Baptist Church. Mrs. Starnes was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved shopping and spoiling her grand babies.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Tisdale and husband Eric, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; son, Joey Starnes and his wife Joie of Cowpens, South Carolina; brother, Billy Black; four sisters, Gina Fullbright and her husband Sammy, Linda Teague, Sherry Miller and Sue Isom along with four grandchildren, Sonnie Knox (Chris), Tyler Tisdale (Emily), Bradley Starnes (Jahna) and Lanie Bradley (JoJo) and nine great grandchildren, Payton, Mason, Harper, Hope, Ava, Reese, Wyatt, Jett and Remi and her special family, Charles and Amelia Kenya along with Harry, Hope and Daniel.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also predeceased by one brother, Eddie Black and one sister, Janice Horton.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, South Carolina.

Funeral Services will follow at 11:30 AM on Saturday, December 6, 2025 in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Brad Starnes, Dr. David Lancaster and Dr. Charles Kenya officiating.

Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, South Carolina at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
