Barbara Jo Skinner
Barbara Jo Beatty Skinner, 70, of 211 Fury Drive, Inman, SC, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her home. Barbara was born in Rutherfordton, NC on September 28, 1948 the daughter of the late DeWitt and Hester Skipper Beatty and was the widow of Phillip Kary Skinner. She retired from BB & T Bank and was a member of First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg. Survivors include a daughter, Tonya Sisk, of Spartanburg; a brother, Fred Beatty, of Tryon, NC. and four grandchildren, Savanna Ryan, Sara Ryan, Isaac Sisk and Isabella Sisk. She was predeceased by a daughter, Jamie Ryan. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 2nd at Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, SC. conducted by Rev Tim Worthy. The family is at her home and will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
