Barbara Jean DeLancey

Barbara Jean DeLancey, 86, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born in Gaffney, South Carolina on November 29, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Eunice (Allison) Ledford and Millard Hayes Ledford. She was the wife of the late Henry Oan DeLancey.

She was a member of Fairview Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include her devoted son, who took care of his mother, for the past 11 years, Rick Wyke and his wife Angie; one daughter, Pam Bennett; four grandchildren, Nick Jolly (Stephanie), Josh Bennett (Sarah), Jennifer Kennedy, Allison Winkler (Mark) along with eight grandchildren, Oakleigh, Kinsley, Hayden, Emma, Mollie, Parker, Adalyn, and Piper.

She was predeceased by one daughter, Camilla Jolly; one grandson, Brad Bennett, along with two brothers and three sisters.

The family will receive friends, at the home, 206 Little Man Drive, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 on Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
