Barbara Dale Fowler Brown, 62, of 113 Shadeland Avenue, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Barbara was born on September 24, 1954, a daughter of the late Clinton Fowler and Shirley Pauline Brown Fowler. She was a former employee with Phelps Dodge in Inman, South Carolina and of the Baptist faith.
Barbara is survived by a daughter, Angie Johnson and her husband Dennis of Round O, South Carolina;
two sons, Chris Brown of Round O, South Carolina; Jason Brown and his wife Tori of Enoree, South Carolina; five sisters, Elizabeth Brannon and her husband, Marvin; Debra Fowler; Susan Campos and her husband, Amansio; Kay Cantrell and her husband Gene; Brenda Lamica, all of Spartanburg County, South Carolina; five grandchildren, Carlee Brown, Chloe Crowe, Brian Johnson, Scott Johnson, Brooke Johnson; three great-grandchildren; and her significant other, Chino.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by two brothers: Billy Joe Fowler and Curtis Fowler.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2016, from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Seawright Funeral Home, Inman, South Carolina. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Home, Inman, South Carolina, at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, conducted by Minister Jonathan Mayse. Burial will follow at Rainbow Baptist Church Cemetery.
