Arrie was the wife of the late Mr. John Layton Tapp. She is survived by three children, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at 138 Pebble Creek Lane, Inman, SC beginning at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2013.
