Annie Mae Brooks, 99, of 82 North Main Street Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Golden Age in Inman, South Carolina. Born in Spartanburg County, on September 4, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Tessie (Bowers) Howell and Isom Howell. Annie worked as a private caregiver and was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sisters, Azalee Horton of Inman, South Carolina, Nellie Sellars of Greer, South Carolina, Myrtle Miller of Simpsonville, South Carolina and one brother, Larry Howell of Campobello, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by three sisters, Cleo Thompson, Georgia Wilson and Gertrude Hall and one brother, Enoc Howell.
A private cryptside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
