Martha Annette (Collins) Fortenberry, 77, of 254 Old John Dodd Rd., passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Fortenberry was born in Spartanburg County on January 14, 1938, a daughter of the late Grover Moody and Martha Lucille Horton Collins. She was the widow of Elford Fortenberry and a member of Southside Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by a son Chad Bridges and his wife Elaine of Boiling Springs, SC, a sister, Brenda Thompson and a step son, Reggie Henderson. She was predeceased by a brother, Arlan Collins. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. A graveside service will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, SC, with Rev. Henry Guyton officiating. The family will be at the home.
