Mrs. Anna Deal Ulmer Miller, 91, of 2720 Country Club Rd., Spartanburg formerly of 11 Littlefield Street, Inman went home to be with the Lord, on Friday, June 13th, 2008.
Mrs. Miller was born in Cameron, SC on December 18, 1916, the daughter of the late Boyce Whitfield and Louise (Tilley) Ulmer and was the widow of John Edward "Ed" Miller.
She was a graduate of Winthrop College, a retired school teacher of 32 years, member of Inman First Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher for over 50 years, a member of the Inman First Baptist WMU, Senior Citizens group of Inman, and the Better Homes and Garden Club.
She is survived by three sons, John Edward Miller, Jr. of Inman, Robin Miller and his wife Betsy of Spartanburg and Boyce Miller and his wife Carole of Spartanburg; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Janie Miller.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 16th, with Rev. Mike Henderson officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Inman, SC.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Monday 1-2 PM
at Seawright Funeral Home.
