Amanda was born in Salisbury, NC on March 19, 1970, a daughter of Shasta Beck Steed, of Spartanburg, and the late Ron Steed.
She was the widow of Keith Geddes. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by a daughter, Amber Fowler of Spartanburg and a brother, Kevin Steed of Inman. She was predeceased by a son, Brandon Fowler.
