Alyce Margaret Bosch Buckson, 82, of 138 Glassy Drive, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Alyce was born in Chicago, Illinois, on April 25, 1935, a daughter of the late Berthold "Bud" Bosch and Ruth Julien Bosch. She was the wife of Raymond Buckson. Mrs. Buckson was a retired employee with the Beaufort Comity School District and of the Catholic faith. Alyce is survived by a daughter, Paula Ziegler, and her husband, Joseph, of Lyman, South Carolina; three sons, David Buckson, and his wife, Susan, of Clarendon Hills, Illinois; Michael Buckson, of Beaufort, South Carolina; Martin Buckson, and his wife, Christine, of Cottage Grove, Oregon; four grandchildren, Daniel Buckson and his wife, Amanda, of Houston, Texas; Ryan Buckson and his wife, Katherine, of Downers Grove, Illinois; Kyle Ziegler of Inman, South Carolina; Lauren Hultstrand and her husband, Clay, of Greer, South Carolina; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth Heckman of Jacksonville, Florida; a brother, Robert Bosch of Leesburg, Florida, and seven nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chicago, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011.
