Furman Allen Berry, 69, of 125 Briarcliff Circle, Cowpens, SC, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Allen was born in Spartanburg, SC on October 7, 1952, a son of the late Josephine Mamie (Freeman) Berry and Thomas Daniel Berry.
He worked as a Supervisor at Koch Industries and was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC.
Allen is survived by a daughter, Keisha Williams (Chris), two sons Jeff Berry, Eric Ruppe, a brother, Wayne Berry and a granddaughter, Ali Williams. He was predeceased by a sister, Norma Berry and a brother, Ronnie Berry.
He served in the U.S. Army.
Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 18th at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Spartanburg, SC. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of CVRU at Spartanburg Medical Center for their kindness and wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 2151, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
