Alicia S. Kinney, 40, of 350 Clark Road Inman died Saturday, August 11 at 2:00pm at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 3, 1971. She had been a domestic engineer and her father's caretaker for many years. She graduated from Chapman High School in 1989.
She is survived by the love of her life, Joe L. Barnette of 16 years and her pride and joy, Gabriel L. Barnette; her best friend and brother whom she adored, Brad Kinney of Wellford, her mother and friend, Lois Corson Tessneer (Jackie) of Landrum, Joe's parents, Lois and Dick Lawson of Inman, and her committed companion pets and protectors, Ozzie and Freckles. She was predeceased by, her father, Floyd "Bud" Kinney who lived in Inman and was raised in Montgomery, Pa, her grandfather, Robert I. "Bob" Corson (Barb Walters) of Mill Hall, Pa, Sarah Gardner (Gerald) of Inman. She lived life to the fullest.
The family is at their home on Clark Road. A Celebration of Life is planned on her birthday, Monday, September 3, 2012 , LABOR DAY, from 4 TO 8 PM at her brother's home.
