Alice Viola Berry McKelvey

 Alice Viola Berry McKelvey, 62, of  Inman, SC, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center.  Alice was born in Butler, PA on November 27, 1961, a daughter of the late Norma Eileen (Ward) and Wayne Gaiser Berry. She was married to Elmer Lee McKelvey on August 12, 1982. Alice was a homemaker and watched Freedom Baptist Church in Rural Hall, NC. She is survived by her son, Ben McKelvey; five sisters, Janice Berry, Elaine Layton, Elizabeth Gage and her husband Steve, RuthAnn Brown and her husband Allen and Melinda Barnwell and her husband Ricky; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Rita Sue Berry, and a brother-in-law, Randy Layton.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 1:00 until 1:45 PM with funeral services following at 2:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC  with Rev. Sal Barone officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Greer, SC.
